The Epo (European Patent Office) in The Hague -actually Rijswijk- in The Netherlands together with the Peruvian, Costa Rican and Chilean Embassies invited to an art exhibition. It was said that there had never been so many diplomats at once in the building. All artists with mixed Latin and European background: Lorna Benavides, Alejandro Decinti, Antonio Maro and Rafael Ramirez.
