What is the relation between the artists?

"...solo presentations of three generations of artists: Jo Baer (1929), Lynda Benglis (1941), and Jutta Koether (1958). They are connected by their choice for ‘painting’. Not pure painting, the non-narrative painting which does not refer to anything outside itself, but an evaluation of the phenomenon of painting in terms of art criticism.."

Locksmiths sticker war











In Barcelona, as the shops close at night the sticker trend becomes visible: space fighting colorful locksmiths advertisements on each metal curtain.
Why? Do the curtains tend to break down easily, is it in case of break-in or is it some kind of union graffiti?
To make their point most of the stickers are placed at least by three next to each other.
