The first painting is by Erica Scheper en the last two of Marjoleijn den Boer. I am sure they had never seen each others work before.The Vinex neighbourhoods (new dutch suburbia) are precisely represented in their being boring, modernity and sharpness.
I wonder how they look next to each other in their real size?
