Artists being abused!

Hans Rouw, from www.hapax.nl and/of www.kunstboek.nu and/or www.kunstkaart.nu working somewhere in Rotterdam is short from being the editor of art books he says. He torments the artists taking not only their money but also their hopes of their own artists' book. Because he promises without able to deliver well, his answer is to shout at you or just hide behind an unreachable mobile phone.
There is a lot to be said about Hans Rouw, but to painful to write it here.
Think twice. Be aware, and aware others!
