Wim Quist lecturer at the Sculpture Club

We were very lucky that the Dutch architect Wim Quist accepted the invitation from the Sculpture Club to give a conference at and about 'his' Museum Beelden aan Zee in The Hague. He told us about his design story of the new wing of the Museum Kroller Muller forty years ago and made a link to why and how he designed Museum Beelden aan Zee the way he did. It was an interesting and very well prepared lecture. He was also given the Sculpure Club symbol as a special guest from the hands of Bas van Nooten.

The Sculpture Club figure on my desk this morning.

The last photo comes from Ahrend, he has a very defined clothing style. It looks as if it had been taken yesterday.
