Cezanne's arm.

In 1988 I went to the Royal Academy to see an exhibition of the early Cezanne's. I have never forgot the disappointing aftertaste of seeing the works at that show. Many of the paintings were so clumsy and had imperfect perspective or anatomy and not because Cezanne had a new art theory on distortion, it was pure lack of knowledge and showed the immaturity of his work.
But the painting Boy in a Red Jacket by Paul Cezanne stolen yesterday by the E.G. Buehrle Collection in Zurich, and made in 1888 is also rather distorted and it is not made at all in his early years (he was nearly 50). As I see this painting it bothers me so much the wrong anatomy of the arm.
