I didn't thinks so but look at a photo of the Dutch photographer Marsel Loermans taken in Rotterdam that I just happened to find and one of mine I took last month in Tokyo.
The buildings, the sky line, even the bridges look alike. I just googled the "birds, rivers and bridge" combination, and there was nothing near to these two photographs.
I wonder if Marcel was also on a boat?
