Now days you don't even need your own memories as you can click on Internet and find the images of the places you didn't photograph as a child but you still dream about and you want to share their visions with your new loved ones.
Here two photographs of Ajo, Arizona where I lived as a teenager. The house where I lived was a few feet away form the open pit as you see on the second photograph. I was not able to listen to the radio as the copper and other metals distorted the radio waves. So not even the folk music came into my ears.
I still have a lot of mixed feelings about that year. There is more to write about, I will leave it for later.
